Who Is Eligible?

Eligible Patients

  • Have commercial (private) health insurance
  • Have a valid prescription for Novex
  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Are a US resident

Not Eligible

  • Patients enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE
  • Patients with government-funded insurance
  • Patients where prohibited by law
  • Cash-paying patients (see Patient Assistance below)

Important: This offer is not valid for prescriptions reimbursed under Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DOD, TRICARE, or any other federal or state program. Offer valid for up to 12 prescription fills per calendar year. Maximum savings of $500 per prescription. Terms and conditions apply.

Novex Patient Assistance Program

For patients who are uninsured or underinsured, the Novex Patient Assistance Program may provide Novex at no cost. Eligibility is based on income and insurance status.

Eligibility Requirements

  • US resident with no prescription drug coverage
  • Household income at or below 400% of federal poverty level
  • Not enrolled in any government healthcare program
